‘Everything in life is a sale and everything you want is a commission’ is internet celebrity and sales guru, Grant Cardone’s famous line. He founded Cardone University (also known as Cardone U), an all-in-one platform for salesmen and entrepreneurs. The virtual university teaches how to prospect, negotiate deals, and stay motivated in business. Inside the platform are over 1,500 training videos that are accessible to members 24/7. Students of the course should expect to learn

the fundamentals of sales (basics and processes),

how to handle objections,

how to set goals,

how to manage finances,

follow-ups and closing strategies and,

100 ways to stay motivated.

As a stay-at-home mom, juggling kids and a side hustle while maintaining a clean home, I need a low-maintenance but quick-income biz. Grant Cardone offers business mentorship which he claims can build a multi-million business in under 90 days. Is a business mentorship from Grant what you need to start and scale a long-term business from home? This 10X Marketing Program review covers all you need to know about the course, the creator, and the business model. In the end, I’ll answer if this business mentorship is a good investment for moms and I’ll share my insight on what I believe is the best online business.

Grant promises aspiring entrepreneurs an opportunity to build a $5.5M business in just 90 days. After all, he did it without contact and just 100 bucks. Inside the program, students learn the exact strategies that turned Grant Cardone into a multi-millionaire. A step-by-step game plan for achieving exponential growth.

If you've been in the online space for a while, you probably have heard of Grant Cardone more than once. Grant is a self-made trainer, motivational speaker, New York Times best-selling author, and internet entrepreneur. He graduated with an accounting degree from McNeese State University in Louisiana, United States. He also authored two best-selling books: 10X Rule and If You’re Not First, You’re Last. One of his most notable investments is a $4 billion multi-family home portfolio across 8 states: Arizona, Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Grant made history when he made the largest private acquisition in Florida, his Harbor Portfolio purchase. The property is a 1,016-unit, multi-property complex that's worth $59 million. Grant Cardone has a solid entrepreneurial background in his 35 years as a businessman. In 2017, he was recognized by Forbes Magazine as the #1 marketer to watch. With all these achievements, I'm not surprised he's quite a celebrity online. He has over 4.2M followers on Instagram, 1M on Twitter, and 2.4M on YouTube.

10X Marketing Program and the Sales Marketing Coaching Business Model

Grant gives general sales and marketing training, and it’s open to anyone who wants to build wealth like him. With over 35 years of experience, Grant is one of the best sales and marketing coaches for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He offers 21 business programs including 10X Events, 10X Podcast, 10X Training, and 10X Studios. The goal of these programs is to develop practical and effective salesmanship strategies for corporate managers and businessmen. Aside from virtual coaching, Grant also hosts an annual in-person event called 10X Growth Conference, launched in 2017.

Grant seems to be the perfect coach with a bulletproof program. But, before you fall for any of his high-ticket offers, consider this: There's no perfect sales process that's perfectly compatible with every business. Differences in circumstances will directly affect outcomes. So, no matter how 'seamless' his program seems, there's always a possibility that it won't apply to your business situation.

Another issue I see is that Cardone U is a little too overwhelming to learn. There are over 1,500 learning videos inside the platform, and they're constantly updating. Though most of the videos are less than 5 minutes long, lengthier ones are over 15 minutes and talk about more complex topics. Just sifting through all of the course materials to find the one that fits you can be confusing. Some lessons aren’t even necessary if your only goal is to build a profitable online business.

Business coaching is a growing industry and is expected to be $20.9 billion-worth by 2030. Out of over 71,000 claiming-to-be-gurus, credible ones like Grant are extremely hard to find. 78% of companies invest in monthly digital coaching for their sales team, spending $500 to $5,000 monthly. Average business coaches make at least $120K yearly, so there's definitely money here. With ballooning numbers, it's easy to understand why many are eyeing this low-barrier, in-demand, and high-return industry.

10X Marketing Program Review On YouTube

The Ryan Pineda Show is a YouTube channel that talks about real estate, business, and entrepreneurship. Ryan is an entrepreneur who made a 7 to 8 figure fortune at 34 years old. He is a real estate expert who flipped over 500 properties and owns over 550 rentals. His YouTube channel has over 357K subscribers.

Ryan Pineda gives an unfiltered review of Grant Cardone's digital products. He narrated that he first learned about Grant's courses in a BiggerPockets podcast and was impressed by his energy and charisma. Ryan mentioned that he has mixed impressions on Grant Cardone. He has many good qualities but his training is a bit underwhelming because of its repetitive and outdated content.

Should Moms Get Business Coaching From Grant?

Moms could get coaching from Grant if they have the budget for $10K for a 12-month business mentorship. The coaching course could be worth the investment if you’ve identified key areas in your business that could be addressed by the program. However, if you don’t have a clear plan on how to maximize the mentorship or you’re looking for a quick income business model, this might not be the one for you.

My recommendation for moms looking for a passive income source is local lead generation. This business model builds and ranks digital assets that generate long-term passive income. Ranked digital properties can be rented out to business owners. Over 10 million companies in the U.S. don’t have one, so there’s definitely an income potential in this biz. Ranked digital assets also generate leads that can be sold to local businesses at 85% margins. It’s a lucrative business, and income is consistent and predictable.
