Head over to Simple Bites, Simple Homeschool, Simple Kids, and Simple Organic to enter the rest of the fabulous giveaways. Each site will have one winner for each of its prizes, so you definitely don’t want to miss this!
Without further adieu, here are the fabulous prizes waiting for ONE Simple Mom reader to win:
1. One Pearl

The idea behind One Pearl came to founder Theresa Wing Hines one day during a very difficult time in her life. As she was dealing with the pain of sending one of her sons to a wilderness therapy camp and therapeutic boarding school because of a wide variety of issues with him, she realized how few families have the resources to tap in to solutions for their troubled children. She wanted to help.
Theresa loved creating beautiful jewelry, and she loved the idea of supporting charities she’s passionate about from her business proceeds. One Pearl was born, its name descriptive of every piece she designs — every item in One Pearl’s store has one standalone pearl that symbolizes a nurtured object placed in a foreign environment. Just like her son. Her hope is that when someone asks why your necklace or bracelet has one different pearl, you can explain that it symbolizes one child’s life changed from the purchase of the jewelry.
To date, more than 50 percent of all one One Pearl’s profits have gone straight to charities. Watch the video below for more information:
Theresa sent me a 70″ silver baroque pearl strand, and wants to give an identical strand to a lucky Simple Mom reader!
I love this strand because it can be worn an endless amount of ways. I can double it up for a classic-looking pearl necklace. I can wrap it around my wrist for a chunky bracelet look. I can knot and loop the strand for funkifying a classic t-shirt. I can even wrap it around my waist as a belt!
This is a piece of jewelry made to be a family heirloom, and I love that it’s a beautiful hybrid of classic and original. It’s a pearl necklace, but its artisan quality means the pearls are asymmetrical, and of course, it has one original black pearl. And like all of One Pearl’s products, it comes in a gorgeous silk jewelry pouch, made by a Cambodian foundation that trains women in the ancient Cambodian tradition of silk weaving, giving these women a tangible skill.
The winner will receive one 70″ silver baroque pearl strand.
2. Ali Edwards
An advocate for not making things more complicated than they need to be and embracing imperfection, Ali Edwards shares cool concepts, design, and project ideas in her idea books and on her website. As a longtime sponsor of Simple Mom, I’m thrilled to share with you Ali‘s artistic talent!
Well known for her signature style of everyday-life scrapbooking, Ali is a highly sought-after workshop instructor. She travels the worldwide, conducting classes and inspiring students to tell their stories fearlessly.
Today, Ali wants to give away a package of 365 photo overlays, one for each day of the year. These overlays can be added to your photos in Photoshop Elements or other photo-editing software before printing. In addition, these files can be printed out and used as journaling cards, to keep track of the stories of your days.
And that’s what I love about this package. You can use them in your scrapbooking, of course, but they can also be used individually in your photos and in other forms of crafting. You’re only limited by your ideas! I’m going to create a collage of our Thanksgiving trip to Paris, using our photos like the sample I just whipped up below.

Head to Ali’s blog to see some of Ali’s tips and ideas for these particular photo overlays.
The winner will receive a package of 365 photo overlays, valued at $29.95.
3. Seeing the Everyday magazine
Seeing the Everyday is the “small things magazine.” Devoted to simple living, they’ve found inspiration from parents who have realized that each day is filled with what might only appear to be ordinary, inconsequential events. These events, really, are what shape our lives. Their hope is that with their magazine, you’ll find poetry in the prosaic.
This is a delightfully simple magazine. Nary an advertisement found, this publication is chock full of encouragement to savor the little things in life, like building a tree house with your kids, appreciating your own memories as a child, and learning about historical figures who’ve changed the world for the better. Plus, the magazine is gorgeously crafted with photos and well-written content.
I love this magazine. It inspires me on my journal towards a simpler life. It’s the epitome of what the blog’s mission is all about. I’m so excited to see this publication in the mail.
The winner will receive one annual subscription to Seeing the Everyday magazine, valued at $20. And because Seeing the Everyday is so generous, they’d like to throw in a second subscription to an additional Simple Mom reader!

The one thing I can really use help with is keeping my kitchen clean! Flat surfaces really seem to be the enemy around here. If only they made sloped countertops…

My biggest challenge is motivation. There are so many wonderful tools and tips out there on HOW to do something, but not how to make yourself DO IT.
Definitely grocery budget planning AND plans/advice for cleaning projects. Like how to air out a closet with no windows
Thanks, your giveaways sound so exciting. I appreciate the chance to win

I need inspiration to simplify my home office! It is the hub of college work, scrapbooking, and all of our important papers, which are in a box on the floor. I will get it organized in 2010, though!
Managing paper — bills, junk mail, magazines, coupons, children’s school papers — is my downfall.
Ooh, one home management task I’m working on is reducing clutter. We’ve recently reorganized things in our home to change our office to a nursery and I feel like there is paper all over the place!

The home management task I struggle with the most is the piles of paper that leak into my house. Bah.

Organising all the paperwork that comes in via my messy DH. Simplifying when household chores get done and in which order so that things don’t pile up. Laundry, need I say more?

I need a simple system that will help me get my 2 1/2 bathrooms cleaned. I really wish I didn’t have that many bathrooms, but now I do and they all need cleaning – one of my least favorite tasks.

I need help with the kitchen and removing the clutter of stuff that we for some reason don’t want to get rid of because it might be used “one day”.
I struggle with organizing toys and paperwork.
Help me with my LAUNDRY!!!

Taking care of paper! Right now it endlessly piles up on my kitchen table, even though I have tried to impose order on it elsewhere.
The paper. It’s coming to take me away ha ha. It’s coming to take me away.
We have a hard time with the amount of stuff we have and the limited space it occupies! It seems if something is out, the whole place looks cluttered. HELP!
I would love tips on how to simplify getting myself and kids ready to go in the morning. It seems like I am arguing with my 3 year old everyday about what to wear and other random things. I already pick her clothes with her the night before but I would love to see what others do to simplify their morning routines.
HELP! I need help simplifying the mail, bills, statements and other stuff that comes into the house but I don’t have a well-organized place to put it. I shuffle it from one place to another, weeding out a few pages each time but I still have a huge pile pf paper that needs a home (or several different homes).
I already subscribe through google reader. I hope that counts. =)

I need help with managing what I clean and when. I seem to always put off dusting, when I know that if I was more organized I could do a little along the way and not have a huge dusting day with a sneezing husband.
I gotta go with keeping my floors clean . . . we have wood laminate, carpet and vinyl flooring.

Paper clutter!! I feel like I “know” what I’m supposed to do with it, but just don’t have a system in place that makes it happen.
I would love some inspiration on how to make my mornings simpler! It is rush rush rush out the door and I hardly have a chance to be with my kids!

I need to figure out how to keep the toy clutter at bay. I don’t want to keep all the toys in the kids’ room because I enjoy having them out in the living room with us, but I also hate it that our main living space looks like the after math of a toy factory explosion.

The task I could use the most help with is organizing/simplifying our kitchen clutter. We have a very small kitchen & very little counter space, with one counter constantly covered with, well, pretty much you name it. This past summer we were planning my dream kitchen remodel – taking down 2 walls, new cabinets, new flooring, & a built in desk to control the clutter. And then…the transmission on my husband’s car went & well, that was the end of the kitchen remodel before it even started:(! So…knowing that we won’t be remodeling anytime soon, and in another 2 years we’ll be sending our third child to nursery school (with the astronomical # of papers that brings), I’d love to get this under control now. As for the giveaway…I’d love the Seeing the Everyday magazine subscription:)!!!

Of all the things I could use help with in my home… time management has got to be the most pressing. no more procrastination… no more distractions… Help!
Laminate flooring: I have purchased a steam mop which is easy and fast to use but I’m not sure if it’s safe on the long run.
I need help planning meals my WHOLE family (hubby and four picky kids) will eat.
I need inspiration to simplify my wardrobe and laundry. We all have too many clothes, but I have trouble deciding what to keep. I also get completely overwhelmed by laundry!

Amy´s last blog ..Regarding my silence
The area of my life I need to keep working on is finding a home for everything in my house and getting rid of anything that doesn’t have a place – but that is so hard for me to do!!
I could use the most help with getting rid of clutter and organizing!
Kelly´s last blog ..Homemade Valentines
Laundry, laundry, laundry!
Keeping things picked up. Trying to work on accepting imperfection, and not giving up completely! I’m so tired of having a clean house for a few days, then living in mess for the next two weeks. I’ve been practicing picking up just five things when I walk into a room – no more.
I desperately need to put order to the amount of paper my child brings home from school! We took out our kitchen table because it became a central “drop-point” and while that made things slightly better, I still can’t seem to corrall all the paper! Ugh.

Just managing my housework in general. I’m a terrible housekeeper. I somehow never learned how to maintain a clean home, and I struggle with it constantly.
1.What is one home management task that you need inspiration to simplify? I am often overwhelmed with clutter. I am naturally a clutter bug and I have four little children to help this problem out even more. The mess/clutter/sorting piles need to go!

Paper management and storage. Everything else I’m pretty good at, but all the paper stuff sort-of overwhelms me so I don’t do anything about it.
I subscribed to to the My Yahoo! feed. I need inspiration to simply my cooking supplies – pots, pans, various gadgets, tools and appliances. Overcoming the rationalization that certain unused things (i.e, milkshake maker) will certainly come in handy SOMEDAY. LOL.
