This giveaway is now closed. The winners are Carrie and Liza – congratulations!

I love this next giveaway. Le Papier Studio is a sweet little shop I’ve had my eye on for awhile now, since my early days as an Etsy shopper.
Le Papier creates silhouettes as artwork, stationery, invitations, and custom pieces to fit your needs and family style. There are such cute and whimsical silhouettes to choose from – everything from classic to trendy.

If you love the classic look of silhouettes, this is a simple, affordable way to bring it into your home. Plus, I love buying from Etsy, because I love supporting small businesses. Celebrate your family’s uniqueness with customized artwork!
Two Simple Mom readers will win an 8×10 print from Le Papier Studio! You can select any of the silhouettes (and there’s a lot) – you can even add names to the print, if you like. This is truly customized artwork!

Starting the day off with a yummy big breakfast with all the fixin’s, then packing up and heading to a beautiful park where we could take a walk in the woods together and see beautiful sights, going swimming at the Lake since we all love it there, singing by a campfire all our favorites while my husband pays the guitar, and a huge tickle fest, playing games with our boys, and sleeping under the stars….
a perfect day would be having a peaceful day with my family.
it doesn’t matter where we are at, just as long as things are calm and peaceful.
(3 kids under 4=not so peaceful times)
emily anderson´s last blog post…hold onto your seats…
Nice long walk outside at the beach or in the woods, ice cream snack, fire at sunset.
Natalie´s last blog post…Spielplatz #13: Westfalen Park
A perfect day would be a stroll through the park with my husband and sons and then a simple picnic afterward.
Perfect day with my family would be relaxing– maybe a picnic by a lake, or a visit to the zoo on a nice day!
Our perfect day is a picnic lunch and some fishing in the afternoon.
We love to go camping. So a perfect day is a day in the mountains, starting the day drinking coffee by the fire, then a big breakfast, followed by a few games of washers or wiffle ball, where everyone plays, from the 70 year olds down to the 4 year old.
When I reflect on past “perfect days” they always include all of us being together and not having much to do but be together. If I had to choose a destination I would choose the beach where we would play in the water and sand and have a picnic. After getting home we would all take a good long nap. Ahhh …. sounds lovely.

Morning at Oak Street with live piano, streetcar to the Zoo through lunchtime, home for group naps, afternoon feeding the ducks, leftovers ready for dinner, and family movie before bedtime!

A perfect day is sitting around in our PJ’s and then putting on sweats and going for a walk. Just being together!
A perfect day would be full of sunshine and time spent outdoors.
A perfect day with my family would be one where my husband has taken the day off, and we go somewhere, either to the park, or to the mountains, or the beach (we are very lucky and live 1/2 hour from all three). I will pack a lunch and all four of us would spend a few hours enjoying each others company. Oh, and then come home for a really long nap. And dinner delivered. That sounds just perfect.
Katie´s last blog post…something that makes me smile
The perfect day with my family would probably involve a trip to ride a train or see a train museum. Trains make both my husband and my son so happy that even though I’m not that into them, I love getting to watch them play (especially my husband who works so hard).

Sleeping in (until 8- HA) then having a light breakfast before a long hike. Coming home for a big lunch and then a nap. Ending the day with games, dancing with the girls and something someone else made for dinner but that I love. Once the kids go to bed my husband and I get quality time together. I need to schedule this!

A perfect day with my family is a picnic in the park in the cool Autumn breeze — chasing the wind and telling stories.
Playing baseball in the yard, roasting hot dogs and s’mores on our firepit, and putting the kids to bed early!
I love going on a hike. It is a little difficult with a 2 1/2 year old and a one year old, but we just got a carrier backpack so it should be doable now.

I love to sleep in late, make a light breakfast (muffins, scrambled eggs & fresh fruit), and then go out to the National Park that’s nearby.
Hiking! We have a favorite state park near our house. I can’t wait for it to warm up!
A perfect day with my family would start with us eating breakfast all together. Then we would all head out for a day of fishing, hiking, photography, and collecting nature. We all love to be outside and enjoy what is right outside our back door. We would end the perfect day with a campfire and smores.
BreannaS´s last blog post…Kiddio Giveaway
The perfect day with my family. ..every day as long as we have our health and each other. There is nothing more perfect than that.
Being outside is a must, with three boys, and swimming or biking together, enjoying God’s beautiful creation.
A perfect day with my family would be one where now one would fight, no one would be sent to time-out, no one would complain about what is for dinner, every one would pick up their toys and clothes, and go to bed on time after getting lost in a great picture book together.
Kelly H´s last blog post…Look what I made!
My family’s favorite day might start with eggs, pancakes, blueberries, and yogurt for breakfast, accompanied by strong coffee (mama & papa) and hot chocolate (little boys). Then outside–hiking or biking or gardening, and inside–an art project or musical “jam session!” Picnic lunch, and homemade fish tacos for dinner.
the perfect day for us is being able to chill and hang out. Be it outside in the yard in the warm weather or inside with a giant bowl of popcorn on the bed watching a movie together.
Taking a bike ride to the local ice cream shop and then after our ice cream, riding to the park on the way home.
Jenny´s last blog post…Snow Day
A perfect day with my family would involve no fighting or bickering, a fun family outing–to a beach, walking in the woods, going on a bike ride–and meals prepared and cleaned up by the meal fairy.

Love these prints!
My favorite day would include hiking in the Tennessee mountains, having meals made and cleaned up by someone else, the boys taking good long naps, sleeping under the stars… Lovely.
allie´s last blog post…Turning Point
You know, we like to do a lot of different things…we’re a rather “slow” family, so we even enjoy just having a “down” day at home…but I think that a “perfect” day wouldn’t necessarily have so much to do with the activities we engage in as with the general family atmosphere! A “perfect” day for me is one in which everyone is cooperating, choosing to have good attitudes, and no squabbles or complaining!
Fun on the playground and then everyone take a long afternoon nap!
A perfect day…hiking in the mountains on a sunny summer day in the Alps.
I think our perfect day would be an outdoor adventure day: rafting, biking, hiking, exploring…. we have three boys and have to keep everyone moving!
A day at Cape Lookout with the boat, the beach and the kids. We take lunch and lots of drinks and snacks, lot of toys and usually friends. It’s a wonderful way to get away and play in the sun and sand, with NO TV, NO telephone and we all come back tired and relaxed with treasures from the ocean to boot!
Laughter, lots of laughter. Hiking outside, napping, and snuggling at night.
A perfect day for us would be to be outside, with a picnic and hanging out in the pool. And then taking a LONG nap!
My perfect day would be spent in the canyon, roasting hot dogs, skipping rocks in the stream, throwing the frisbee and loving each other.
A perfect day for us with an 8 week old and a 90lb Newfoundland is all of us cuddled up on the couch reading and watching movies and watching our daughter smile. Can’t get enough of those smiles!
Stacie@HobbitDoor´s last blog post…Brunch
A perfect day would be an outing on our boat to a little island where nobody else was ashore. The kids could romp on the sand and water and we would all enjoy a picnic lunch watching the dolphins swim by!
I adore these silhouettes and have had them marked as a favorite for awhile!
Sleeping in, working on scrapbook, going out to dinner.
Bike riding to the park on a beautiful day!
we just moved in to our house, so staying home, hanging out, and working on the house. with maybe a fun trip to the bowling alley or local $3 movies.
A perfect day would begin with everyone in the family making breakfast together and then heading to the beach. Afterwards, we would watch a movie together or play our favorite table games…
It would be summer, but not too hot…maybe a picnic with lots of good yummy food, lemonade shake-ups, cotton candy, playing on swings, and long walks. Ending the night catching lightning bugs (we’d let the go tho)
(there would also be a photographer following us catching every special moment! lol)

a perfect day would be a day hiking in the woods with all of us. we would look for rocks and bottles and leaves and whatever we could find!!

Being together and everyone having fun and enjoying themselves is a perfect day – whatever we’re doing.
a perfect day with my family would be a day at the beach:)
a perfect day with my family… would involve waking up around 8 (not too early, not too late), eating breakfast together, and then venturing out somewhere, like a nearby state park, for a walk or a hike with a picnic lunch involved. we’d return home later for a simple dinner, and then play board games and maybe watch a movie before bedtime for my son.

My perfect day would be a day when we all sleep in, then go out for bunch together, then come home and play games until dinner. We’d do dinner and a movie and go to bed!
Mrs. Sprinkles´s last blog post…Things I Love:
Sleep in, no commitments, good food, no rush, dancing, singing, maybe a movie (all at home)
waffles, walks, games, snuggling, naps. not necessarily in that order, but it helps.
My perfect day with my family would entail a morning snuggling together in my bed with books and giggles. That would be followed with an afternoon of picnicing and playing outside. Then we would grill out and swim. Lastly, it would end with a fire, smores, and more books and cuddling. This sounds especially perfect as we have been having wind chills of -40 degrees.
a sunny day, going to the park and for a walk – just being together, outside, thanks
Jill W.´s last blog post…A giveaway worth $833!!! ends 2/4
A lazy morning (the kids sleep in – yeah right!), tackling a couple of projects around the house, going for a walk, time on the porch or outside playing, looooooong naptimes, a big dinner together and an at-home date for Mom and Dad after the kids are in bed.
The perfect day is really any day we are together. Honestly.
All three of us have been day dreaming about our summer beach vacation. So, our perfect day would include beach play and eating out at a kid-friendly yummy restaurant.
A perfect day with my family would be a nice day at the beach followed by ice cream.
A hike in the woods on a beautiful fall day.

A perfect day would be warm – spent at the pool or beach with lots of good food.

A perfect day with my family is just any day spent together. It doesn’t matter what we’re doing as long as we’re doing it together.
A perfect day with my family would include playing outside – hiking, exploring, wading in some water – with plenty of sunshine , laughter, and food.

Something outdoors, unscheduled, with lots of time to explore and play.
Michelle´s last blog post…Ummm…Oops….
My perfect day – a trip to the beach with lots of sandcastle building, swimming, and napping. We only get to do this every few years but it is always fun and a time full of sweet memories.
Oh, we have had several of these! A few years ago we began a great Mother’s Day tradition that has led to our ‘perfect family days’. After a morning of worship, we take a picnic basket to a local park. We sit out on a blanket and enjoy our meal together, walk down to the lake to feed the ducks, play a little football, and just hang out together. These have been some of my very favorite days:)
Lisha´s last blog post…dan dan noodles with pickled cucumbers – part deux
A perfect day…well, the other day we had a pretty good one! It was a snow day around here, and my hubby took the morning off. We all played in the snow together, drank cocoa with whipping cream, gave the kiddo a bath, and then made cookies together (and ate them, of course!). It was so fun to have no agenda, be “stuck” at home together, and just do what sounded appealing!
Playing at the park…everyone having fun
I would love a day that was unstressful. Going somewhere with everything planned out and it all working out. No fussing, crying, or disobedience would be nice.
The perfect day really starts the night before. If we all slept well and get to spend the day outside, it’s perfect. My boys live for the lake, the park, the front porch…anything where they can see the sky and feel the wind.
Just hanging out around the (already cleaned) house is great!
Teresa´s last blog post…Girls Night Out
taking a walk, reading together, getting take out and playing a game.
Lots of laughing, no to-do list, and a good part of the day spent outside somewhere, preferably away from home.
right now, for me it’s just being together…we just had baby girl last week, so our 2 yr old has spent a lot of time with his gparents while we adjust, which has been a huge blessing…nonetheless, having all 4 of us home together is precious!
jodi´s last blog post…So Blessed
during the hurricane this fall, we had no electricity, meaning no school, no work and blessedly no stinking cell phones for a whole day the day after the storm. it was raining and hot, so we opened the garage door to get the cool rain breeze, pulled out an old rug to sit on and we were just together. maybe it wasn’t ideal, you know, no AC in louisiana in september, but we were simply together with no interruptions. that was really nice.

everyone is together, there is giggling and hugs involved, and no quarrels or whining. Don’t think this has ever happened but we’ve had some days that are close.

Utopia would be our son sleeping through the night (only done that seven times in 19 months) and all four of us sleeping til 8am (aaaah BLISS!!!!!). After that, ANYTHING would be a perfect day.
A perfect day with my family…a clean house to start with, then outside somewhere just being together, then back home (to a clean house), everyone baths and tucked in bed.
a perfect day with my family is one when we are simply all together, preferably with the sun shining so we can enjoy the great outdoors.
On a perfect day with my family we would all wake up and eat breakfast together and then go spend the day together doing something outside. I love the feeling of the sun warming my skin and the sound of my daughter’s laughter floating through the air.
It doesn’t matter so much what we are doing as long as we can all be together enjoying each others company.

The perfect day with my family? It is usually unexpected time spent together where everyone is happy, smiling, laughing, and we have usually spent some time in the sun. Most likely it will be ended by my husband and I watching our favorite: law and order

All of us on a bike ride, the day being a lovely spring/fall day. Stopping somewhere for a picnic lunch, then cycling some more to find some yummy gelato (maybe a good beer for the tired parents). Then back home to have Papi BBQ a dinner for us, while we read ‘The Borrowers’ by Mary Nolen. And NO mosquitos while we are outside!!!!
Any day that includes outdoor activities, discovery, laughter and celebration of life!
Julie´s last blog post…Friday’s Fave Five
Well, first of all the perfect day would begin with the perfect night before–both kiddos would sleep through the night AND sleep in! We’d eat yummy coffee cake and English Breakfast Tea for breakfast and then head out to a children’s museum. We’d eat lunch at Chick-Fil-A (the kids’ favorite restaurant) and let them play on the playground. The day would end with Nannie watching the boys and putting them to bed while DH and I headed out for a dinner at Carrabba’s, some coffee and book browsing at a Barnes and Noble. Yup, sounds wonderful!
A perfect day would be peaceful and quiet time spent together as a family. Our calendar would be empty, the weather would be beautiful and we would enjoy some time outdoors.
Going somewhere totally new together — just when I think I know my family so well they could never surprise me, a new place shows hidden interests, moods, capabilities and desires of the people I’ve known forever.
A perfect day with my family would be a walk on the Paulinskill Trail (an old railway system that now is a walking/hiking/riding trail in NJ) which runs behind our house and a picnic at Footbridge park. We would have lunch and play games and just lay on a blanket and enjoy the sunshine. No fighting would definitely make the day super special.
Since it’s winter, I’ll go for my favorite winter day. It would include enough snow to keep us all home, making snowmen and snow angels, snowball fights, sledding. Then we’d come in for hot chocolate in front of the fireplace. Later, we’d bake something, and do some reading aloud while snuggling in front of the fire. We’d do some spontaneous playing (who knows what the kids would decide on). For dinner we’d have some warm soup and afterwords play board games. We’d top off the evening with s’mores made in the fireplace. My husband makes the best roasted marshmallows ever.
Sleeping in…playing outside with the kids!
Katie´s last blog post…Blogging Break…
Lots of sleeping, snuggling and fun outside no matter the season!!
The day would be in summer.
* early morning walk with the dog
* day at the pool
*grilling out for dinner
*bonfire with s’mores
A day when we’re all home and have no agenda. We wake up slowly, linger at breakfast, cuddle on the couch, eventually get dressed and head outside to play. I love days like this and they are rare enough to be very special.
