The Real Food on a Real Budget giveaway ended this past weekend, and I’m so glad the topic behind this e-book resonated with so many of you.  I truly think Stephanie of Keeper of the Home has done such a great job with this e-book giving practical tips and know-how on how to feed your family affordably on real, whole foods.

I wish I could give an e-book to each of you, but alas, there can only be three winners.  And here they are:

Kim K., who said, “My biggest challenge is planning out weekly meals. I get in a rut and there tends to not be too much variety in our meals, which makes us more likely to grab what’s easy instead of what is actually healthy. It doesn’t help that I’m not the best cook either!”

Lorelei Cleary, who said, “For me, the challenge is knowing how to spend my money wisely on organic food, and then to make that food last as long as possible!”

• And Angela P., who said, “My biggest challenges are my kids and meal planning.  They are not the pickiest eaters, but definately not the most adventurous when it comes to their food.  We tend to get into a slump of the same meals over and over again.”

Congratulations, ladies!  Look for an email from Stephanie explaining how to claim your new e-book.

For everyone else, I highly recommend purchasing and downloading Real Food on a Real Budget: How to Eat Healthy for Less. The cost is totally worth the wealth of knowledge that will help you offset the cost of your family’s health.  Head over there and grab it now.
