My biggest block to working out is finding the time, so with Sexy in 6, I no longer have an excuse. These exercises are a combination of Pilates, yoga, cardio, and strength training.

T’is the season to spend most of your time in the kitchen, right? Perhaps if you’re hosting a grand holiday fête, or maybe you have three times as many house guests as family members.
