We’ve all been under the weather around here the past few days. You moms know how debilitating it is to have all your children sneezing, snotting, and drooling on you, while at the same time dealing with your own ickyness. So I’m hoping that today, we’ll be taking it easy and getting some sleep.

New on Simple Mom - I’ve added a page called Blogging FAQs, due to a lot of emails coming my way lately that have to do with your blogging questions. Please go there if you have questions, follow the links I provide, and if you still don’t find your answer, then you can try to contact me.

Here are some links I enjoyed this week…

And don’t forget to look for a brand new giveaway this Monday! It’s a good one.

@Rachel – I know, isn’t that great? That might become more of my regular routine.

I just love your Saturday links! I always find something I can use. Fruit leather? Yes please! I had no idea it was so easy without a dehydrator.

my absolute favorite game was stuffed animals super heroes. I’d convert doll strollers into super mobiles, toilet packs were arranged into secret bases, and of course, all the animals had masks and capes!

Oh my, I’m new to this world and it’s a little mind bloggeling. That was really bad, I apologize. But in all honesty I this is the second time I’ve ever even read a blog, and the first time posting to one. I am starting my own business, selling a holistic health care product for kids called a Sniffle Sleeve (website is still a work in progress) and the advice from my web designer was that I need to get out and start reading and talking online. You were the first site to come up when I googled my key words.
Question, (my heart clutches a bit at this advice I’m trying to follow) on the average, how much time goes into reading and responding to your blog site every day?
R, Wendy

Wow, hello, http://www.snifflesleeve.com Lady here. Meta filters and search engines aside, my best way to become visible seems to be the post I made to your site last week. How is that? Why is that? I am going to follow your FAQ advice to read more but I can’t help but ask in case you have a quick and simple answer.

In the mean time, I’m going to shamelessly use this space, once (promise) to spread the word. If you want to help your child, family and friends control the spread of germs, and the tangible cost (lost time and money) of cold and flu season, simply, naturally and holistically, visit http://www.snifflesleeve.com. Feed your germs to the Sniffle Sleeve instead of planting them on your hands, doorknobs, telephones and neighbors shoulder.
