Per Saturday’s norm here at Simple Mom, I’ve got some great links to share.  But because I’m out of town, and quite frankly, I’ve got to go to bed, I’m just going to link to my Tumblr to show you the reads I’m recommending for your weekend reading.  So head on over there, grab your cuppa, and enjoy your weekend in jammies watching the leaves fall.

Don’t forget to enter the contest for an Inkubook photo book (it ends Sunday), and get ready for next week’s new giveaway on Simple Mom!  Not to mention a few more articles in the works…

Have a great weekend.

Neat! Welcome to the world of tumblelogging! Out of curiosity, what goes on your delicious account, and what goes on your tumblelog?

Thanks for the Tumblr info – it’s my first time hearing about it.

I know, how many things can there be, right? The tumbleog is just an experiment, really. I still bookmark the things I use on Delicious. All the time, actually. But with tumblr, I’m thinking of making it a link page, ala Zen Habits. Seems a bit easier to just share things of interest. I dunno. We’ll see. :)

For what it’s worth, Tumblr (which I absolutely love) lets you import an RSS feed. So if you wanted to, you could import your Delicious RSS feed (or an RSS feed for a specific tag), and your Tumblr tumblelog would automatically post it.

The one downside to that is that your delicious tags don’t carry over. So even though they’re linked (and are prettier) on Tumblr, and even though they’re tagged on Delicious, you don’t get the whole enchilada. Unfortunately.

But, yeah. I love Tumblr. Someone recently asked me what my 5 favorite web apps were, and Tumblr was an easy pick.
