My favourite crafting method would probably be knitting, all that work is just so beautiful. But for a quick fix sewing is wonderful! I also like to throw some pots on the wheel. Clay is a lovely soothing medium with which to work. I’d just love a copy of this book!

I am Mom to four boys ages 7,5,4,2 (yes, they are all mine!). Crafts around here usually have to meet the criteria of being either a weapon, manly make-believe accessory, or something they can make noise with. ) I would really enjoy introducing the boys to crafts that are useful in other ways, maybe as gifts or repurposing everyday items from around the house. I would personally like to expand my creative horizions into areas that I can enjoy doing in my “down” time. Plus, I have a rather extensive book collection but realized I don’t have ANY books about family crafting!

My favorite type of crafting is scrapbooking/card making. I love being able to create and then share with others. Next, I am very interested in learning how to increase my sewing skills especially because we just found out we have little one #1 on the way.

Lets see, I’ve been spending most of my crafting time knitting. I do love paper crafts though. I’m not a scrapbooker, but I really enjoy making invitations and cards. I haven’t bought a gift tag, thank you card or invitation for a very long time. If you use scraps and things you have hangin’ around, its also a very thrifty craft. I can’t wait to get my paws on this book! Thanks for the giveaway!

I don’t think it counts as a “craft” but my favorite home activity is cooking. I’d love to find a craft to become my favorite.
