She desparately needs something like this meal planner and I mean desparate!! My email is above - will give you Cindy's later. I will join in on your chitchat when I return to my domain - so until then. I will try to set up a menu planner using google calendar - maybe even with just me at home I can use it. I wound up with it dripping all over the oven and crispy on the top and edges and uncooked in the center - my son still thought the cooked parts tasted great... Could you please give me the dimensions (including depth) of the casserole pan you cook this in? I would love to taste it the way it is meant to taste.
