This giveaway is now closed.
I‘ve got a special treat for you today. In light of the holiday season, we’ve got a giveaway from my favorite jewelry maker, Lisa Leonard!
I’m a longtime fan of Lisa’s, and I’ve written about her several times before. Any time I wear any of her necklaces, I get comments. I love that her work is both feminine and natural, without being overly girly.
And I love some of her new pieces, like this paper lantern necklace. I think this is so unique! That’s the best thing about Lisa Leonard jewelry — every piece is a one-of-a-kind, since she hammers each piece of silver by hand. Most of the selections are customizable as well.
So this week, three Simple Mom readers will win a $50 gift certificate to Lisa Leonard Designs! Just in time for the holidays.
Here’s how to enter:
1. Check out her store, then come back here and leave a comment. Tell me — what would you order if you won the gift certificate, and who would it be for?
2. To get a second entry, tweet about this giveaway — use the “retweet” button at the bottom of the post.
3. To get a third entry, post about this giveaway on your own blog, and make sure you link to this exact post (not the home page, SimpleMom.net), so that it will leave a trackback.
This giveaway is open to U.S. and Canadian addresses. It will end this Saturday, November 21 at 11:59 p.m. EST. I hope you win!

I would love to win the “be still necklace” for me.
Carmutxa´s last blog ..Felicitats, Íria!!!!
I love the fly free necklace and the lantern necklace.
I think I might get the “mama” necklace for my mama!
Lindsey´s last blog ..Home…
My best friend is expecting her first child very soon, after four years of trying. Pregnancy has been a very long road for her filled with many complications and sadness. Now it is time to celebrate. I would give her Baby’s first spoon. It is a beautiful simple gift.
I would order the family tree necklace (http://www.lisaleonardonline.com/custom-necklaces/family-tree-necklace.html) for my mother. She’s battling aggressive cancer and she could hold it with her four daughter’s names on it when she’s overwhelmed. Yikes. I think I must get it whether I win or not! It is lovely.
I’d get the jumble of charms necklace for my mom.
Shellee´s last blog ..Halloween 2009
I would order the open circle one for myself because I have been looking for a family necklace, but can’t seem to commit to one. This circle is beautiful, but simple enough for every day.
I love the open circle necklace. I think it would make a great gift for my mother-in-law.
I would love her name pieces — specifically charms for my son and husband’s name. How beautiful!
wow, i would order the simple bird necklace… for me! so pretty!

I would prob get the friendship necklace for a great friend of mine.
I would absolutely LOVE the Mama necklace! How precious is that! Pick me pick me
I love her designs, too. They’re simple yet striking, without overpowering. I’d use the gift certificate to buy a necklace for my 7 year old niece who lives with us and we’re hoping to adopt. Decisions will be made in the coming months, and either way, a piece of jewelry seems like the appropriate gift for such a momentous change (whether she stays with us or returns with her mom). Maybe the my heart necklace? I love the kisses and hugs one, too.
I like the ones with kids names-the original or the ity bity tags too
all her stuff is great! thanks
Jessie

it’s a hard decision, but i adore the lovebird necklace!
I would choose the open circle necklace for my sister. She would love it.
I have been admiring her necklaces for a while and would love to have one! It is a hard choice but I would pick either the captured heart or the family tree necklace, and it would be for ME ME ME!
What a sweet reminder around my neck of my little family.
I love the beautiful details on the 2009 ornament – the leaf looks so intricate and delicate. I’ve been looking for something unique for my daughter’s 2nd Christmas.
Thank you for sharing this nice giveaway!
Oh how I simply love all her things! I would love to get myself the open circle bracelet BUT I would actually get my sweet little girl the hold you in my heart necklace
Thanks for the chance to win!!
So many options! I love Lisa Leonard…
I’d probably pick the jumble of charms necklace for my mom – with a charm for each grandkid.

Those are beautiful! I would love to win and can’t decide which of her designs is my favorite – they’re amazing! I’m leaning towards the thin sterling cuff.
I love lisa’s pieces, her family tree necklace is currently on my list for santa

katrina´s last blog ..Isabel says what?
I like the large link charm bracelet for myself.
I would get the wishing star necklace as a gift to myself! Such beautiful stuff.
I would get the jumble of charms necklace I think… that is a tough choice though!
Thanks

I have a friend who’s about to have her first baby, so I’d let her have her pick of what she wants!
I love the Family Crest Necklace…it is such a beautiful way to express your pride in your family. I would give it to my mom.
Oh I am a big Lisa Leonard fan! There are so many of her designs that I love. I think if I won, I’d go with the sweet and simple birdie necklace.

Thank you so much for the opportunity! I’d definitely buy the jumble of charms necklace for my mother-in-law – grandbabies’ names, of course.

I love the Single Tag necklace. I would have my daughter’s name hammered into it and wear it all the time.
There are too many good things to choose from. BUT, I really like the ornament, the baby spoon, and the sister necklace to give to my oldest friend.
I love the “be still” necklace! I feel all peaceful just looking at it.

I LOVE her work!! I have had my eye on so many pieces for SO long. But here are the ones I’ve narrowed it down to in case I win:
captured heart necklace, open circle necklace, wish necklace, or forever necklace.
Thanks for the chance, crossing my fingers (and toes, and legs, and anything else that will help!)

I love LL’s designs so much, it is so hard to pick just one thing I would want. I guess my favorite would be the itty bitty hearts necklace. It is just so precious.

Oh my, to pick one………either : )…….. the Mama or Cherish necklaces.
I love the sterling silver ring and my honey would be the person to buy for.. Thanks!
This is so selfish, but I’d use it for the friendship or be still necklace…for myself. I always admire jewelry on other people, but never splurge for myself. Hard to resist these!
Michelle Marsh´s last blog ..Finally
I would get a necklace for my sister. It is so hard to choose, but I would either get her the Petite Original Necklace or the Oval Monogram Necklace. Thanks for the chance!
I love this blog!! I have just started blogging and after looking at what feels like millions I keep coming back to simple mom. Though I am not a mom, I will be someday but am a gardener, artist, teacher, wife and jewelry designer myself. I love the Lisa Lenoard jewelry. Her style is very comfortable they are pieces to cherish, almost like little protective tailsman, spells for everyday life. I myself love the simple bird, it makes me smile and remember the simple joy of tweety little birds.
Also– Thanks for the info on natural beauty. I have been using the oil wash, baking soda and vinegar for the hair as well as Baking soda to brush my teeth. Cream will be next and I agree about the coconut oil. I use it on my hair about once a month, brush it in and sleep with it. Wash it out the next day and my hair is glorious, a little tip I picked up in India, all the women do it. It sits next to our bed for all kinds of moisturizing. I don’t where makeup or have a lot of products but I would love to totally eliminate buying products I can make myself. I also make a scrub for the shower, just epsom salt and oil( I used apricot seed and some essential oil of whatever I choose that batch). I scrub it on and my skin is soft and glowing after the shower– no cream necessary!! Well- thanks so much and look forward to more to come.–Seedybeans
I love everything Lisa makes, but the jumble necklace would be my first pick! thanks for sharing!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lisa’s stuff. I really love her new lantern necklace…and the wish necklace…and the little (stinky) feet necklace and so many more. I have the Be Still necklace, but wanted a custome piece (the lanterns) that reflect my family.
Oh, this tired momma could really use a new necklace, so with the gift certificate I would get the be still necklace for me, as it is easier to justify money from the budget to get other pieces for friends as gifts! Great stuff!!!!
I think I would choose either Family Tree or Tiny Squares. It’s all beautiful though!

OHMYGOSH! I am loving this jewelry. If I won, I would be selfish and get “fly free necklace” for myself!!
Ann-Margaret´s last blog ..i can’t believe i like watching the country music awards
I would buy the itty bitty hearts necklace, with my babies initials on them. BEAUTIFUL!!
I would LOVE a Little feet necklace with all of my kids’ names on it. 6 of them. IF that is possible to do. : D
It would be a birthday present to me! Nov. 28th. ; D
I love the open circle necklace!!!
I’d probably keep it for myself
The “Mama” necklace would be my choice as a gift for my sister – a mom of four.
Oh I love them all! I’d either pick the sweet & simple birdie necklace to remind me of my GG or I’d get the open circle with my boys names on it. It’s a hard decision, they are all super cute.
I just discovered her designs the other night! I love her jewelry, I have to say my favorite is the family tree necklace. Um….I could say I would give it to my mom, but that would be lying. I’d keep it for myself!!

My favorite is the be still necklace…a reminder to slow down and enjoy life. A gift for me!
love bird necklace – i’ve been longing for it for months. selfish, i know.
fingers crossed.
I LOVE this jewelry! If I won, I would put the money toward a “fly free” necklace.
My daughter is 3 months old and I can’t stop calling her my little chicken… now I know that necklace isn’t neccessarily a chicken… but either way it reminds me of her and how I want her to fly free in the freedom of Christ!
I of course, would have to wait a few years to give it to her.
Thanks!
I would love the family tree necklace. It’s on my Christmas list, actually.

I love the family crest necklace and would give it to my eleven year old daughter to help her in her search for identity within the family.

I’ve loved her jewelry forever! I’ve wanted to open circle necklace/bracelet. But I might forgo it and get the sweet sister necklace for my sweet sister!
Lisa Leonard is new to me but I absolutely love her jewelry. The sweet and simple birdie necklace would be my choice. I would give it to my daughter because when she was a little girl we called her whoo bird and now that she is getting close to graduating from college, it would be the perfect symbol of her getting ready to spread her wings and fly.
I’d buy the aqua stone earrings, one pair for me and one pair for my mom.
The “Be Still” necklace caught my eye just from the name…with a little toddler running around, that is what I long for and need to make time for! I guess it would be for me as a constant reminder to seek that quiet place, then I would pass it along to another soul who needs that same reminder.
I love almost everything on her website. I have a wishlist there already. This time, I would have to choose the family crest necklace. I love jewelry but can never justify buying it for myself. My husband could get it for me as a Christmas present.
Argh! How to pick just one!? I’m going with open circle, and it would be for me. Me Me Me! Thanks for the give-away!

I love the style of this jewelry! If I were to win the giveaway, I would probably have to get the ‘starry hearts’ necklace for my daughter … it is TOO cute and she of course loves both starts and hearts!
Ooh, for me! I love the family tree necklace. I am tempted by the rectangle key chain for my husband, but he already complains about all the keys he carries.

I love those aqua stone earrings!
I really like the “friendship” necklace – those little flowers just make me smile. I’m not sure if it would go to my oldest dd, or if it would need a place on my own neck (when the same dd wasn’t borrowing it!)
Ohh…the sweetheart tree is the one for me. My partner and I could share it!
I would love the “Mama” necklace. My daughter is having her first baby in March, a long awaited baby and I would love for her to have the necklace with her daughters’ name on it. A heart felt gift that is very lovely and well made.
Thanks for the give away!

These are sooo adorable….hard to pick! I would order the friendship necklace for my sister who just found out she may not be able to have kids to cheer her up some….or the Be still necklace for my mom
I’m not much of a jewelry wearer but there’s something so special about Lisa’s designs. I love them! I may find something for me or I may find something for my only daughter (who has 3 brothers). The ‘I hold your heart in mine’ is a good possiblity for her.
Just beautiful things. Thanks you Lisa for making these, even if I never end up buying one! They’re a real treat.
oh how i love lisa leonard! i would get the tiny hearts necklace for my sister, who will be a newlywed in a month!!
Be still will be my choice!
I need to be still this days
Wow – how to pick just one thing! It’s all so beautiful. I had thought that I would get one of the necklaces for my dear friend, who is moving away…but I also saw the wish necklace. My kids REALLY believe in the power of wishes, and we simply do not pass up a dandelion ready for wishing. Hmmm…I guess I would have to give one, then buy the other for myself! Thanks for such a lovely giveaway, and for your wonderful blog!
Wow, thank you for offering this, her jewelry is SO amazing!! I absolutely love her new family crest necklace!! But my favorite of all is the laundry line… It’s different, quirky, cute and it just suits me
I love the petite family crest necklace! (well truthfully I love all of it, the new stuff is amazing!!) I would give one to my sister! These are beautiful thanks to both of you!

The family tree necklace is the one I love the best. And I would love to keep it for myself. She has so many spectacular designs though – difficult to pick just one.
oh I’d love to win! either the sterling ring for my husband since his had to be cut off/ or the ornament to celebrate our 20th anniversary
Man, I love almost every design on her site, but I especially like the paper lanterns, family tree, and sweetheart tree necklaces. I can’t decide right now which one I would pick if I won, but I definitely would want one where I could where all my family members names on my neck close to my heart, so of course the prize would be for me.
I would get the petite original necklace for my sister-in-law who is having her second son in December with her two sons names. She lives in Seattle and I don’t get to see her very often so it would be a wonderful way for her to know and remember how much I love her and a sweet reminder of the two precious gifts God has given to her to love and cherish.
It would have to be the paper lantern necklace; so great!
There just something extra special about Lisa’s designs…maybe that they were made with heart along with the silver. If I could pick one design, I’d go with the family crest necklace. Just beautiful. Merry Christmas to me!
I love them all, but especially the open circle necklace and bracelet.
I would get the itty bitty hearts necklace for my sister. I would have my niece and nephews initials stamped on the hearts. She is a single mother and unfortunately has never received a gift like this. I would love to be able to give her one, she is an amazing mom!

I was just listening to Ava Cassidy’s song Fields of Gold and your site came up. This was my mother’s favorite song. So with her in mind, I viewed the beautifully crafted pieces and loved the idea of the simplicity of the Dewdrop necklace with “little bird” on one side (my childhood nickname from her) and “fly away” on the other. (she has sadly recently passed away). She always told me to follow my heart and be near the sea (to let the salt and air cleanse the lungs and let the waves remind you of our place in this life) This necklace would reflect that in the color of the stone. I would probably also get the aqua stone earrings as well to compliment the color choice. Thanks for giving us a chance to view her work!
Just posted about this giveaway on my blog! Thanks; I’d love to win!

Lisa Leonard’s jewelry creations are fabulous! There isn’t one piece that I
wouldn’t be honored to own. The Itty Bitty Hearts Necklace would be my
choice and I would wear it with pride…..
Many thanks, Cindi
